Behind Alfa Projektbau GmbH stands managing director Muhammed Ali Acar with a well-coordinated team: management and site supervision hold engineering degrees and have at least ten years of professional experience. This combination of technical understanding and hands-on site experience shapes every decision, from the first costing to final acceptance.
We build in Bremen and across northern Germany. For a smooth process we coordinate closely with the planning architect and all other trades, so interfaces on site never become friction points.
For us, reliability is not a promise but a planning matter: we only accept projects when sufficient capacity guarantees the construction schedule. Sometimes that means saying no. Above all, it means you can count on our yes.
