After handover we remain your point of contact: inspection, upkeep and repairs to the building and its technical systems.
A building is not finished at handover. Roof, facade, waterproofing and building services need regular checks so that small defects do not turn into large ones. We take on this task for properties we built ourselves and for existing buildings we have not seen before.
The scope includes regular inspections, upkeep of masonry, brick facades and waterproofing, minor repairs and the maintenance of electrical systems by our qualified electricians. Whatever we find is documented clearly, with a plain recommendation of what is needed now and what can wait.
